Jacki has over 33 years of experience with Baxter Healthcare in a wide variety of roles. Over the years, Jacki's primary focus has been training and development.  With a background in Microbiology and clinical research, Jacki has used her scientific knowledge and ability to teach to successfully transition to product education for both customers and sales personnel. Supporting the educational needs of corporate Manufacturing and Human Resources has further broadened the educational expertise of Jacki. 

 

She has extensive experience in customer and corporate education, focusing specifically on sales training and development. Educational needs assessment, development, evaluation and ROI is a strong skill set. Jacki completed 3 years of undergraduate work in Microbiology at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh
and holds her BS from Roosevelt University, Chicago.
